We created the Jumping® Fitness Jumpstart (Newcomers), a class that gives new jumpers a solid foundation for jumping fitness. The class is divided into three modules, each with a specific technique. They are taught over three sessions. You will be closely guided by us and taught the basics of jumping fitness. Each level increases in difficulty, intensity, and is well-structured and paced so you can jump quickly and easily.
This class is a bit slower than the beginners and is appropriate for both new jumpers as well as seniors who haven’t exercised in a while.

Our team designed the Jumping. Fitness (Beginner’s) class with the complete jumping novice in mind.
