Dylan He grew up in the mountains of Southern California. There he was passionate about fitness, movement, extreme sport, and nature from an early age. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps as an aircraft firefighter and wrestled for All-Marine wrestling team. After one tour in the Iraqi War, Dylan He was honorably discharged from the Army and returned to California in order to continue his studies in emergency medicine and anatomy. Dylan Eight years of experience as a paramedic. Four years on an ambulance. Another four years as a full-time paramedic.-time firefighter/paramedic.
Dylan He was first introduced to yoga as part of his martial art training in 2001. However, it wasn’t until 2009 that he made yoga a regular part of his daily routine and began to understand the true meaning of the yogi.
Since 2011, Dylan Since 1995, he has been teaching yoga. Although he is a fan of movement, handstands and arm balances, his main focus is on the integration of reality and knowledge to create an environment that deepens the inner connection.
2015 Dylan He left California to travel, teach workshops, festivals, teacher trainings, and retreats. He has taught in over 60 different countries and at more than 400 events or workshops. He is passionately committed to spreading his love of yoga and helping others along their journeys by sharing his experience.
