I’m in!
“Learning acrobatics as adult, is that even possible?” That’s what I asked myself at the beginning of my journey.
I had the abilites of a stiff soccer player and thought it was impossible to learn acrobatics in an adult (not flexible!) body. Boy, am I glad I was wrong.
What followed was a career as performer, sports model and choreographer. In the past 7 years I had the chance to teach hundreds of adults acrobatic skills they never thought they could do.
With a good method, learning becomes fun and progress is a natural byproduct. Joyful learning has been they key pillar for creating the Flow Beginnings course. In it, I teach the fundamentals of acrobatic movements – without requiring you to do hours of static holds or painful stretches. Start with what you have. Learn fun sequences and new ways to move your body.
And in the process, build a healthy acrobatic body that is ready to take you to new heights!
You know what’s in the course, but how good is it? ? Here’s what previous students say:
“Man, I am really glad I took a leap of faith. Aaron is really good at giving structure, making hard things easier. It gives a framework in which you can develop your own practice.
I’m really happy with my investment, I think it’s a really nice step for everybody who wants to start their journey in soft acrobatics.” – Naoki Nakasone Tasato
“Honestly loving the length, difficulty and communication style. I do it after strength and cardio and it’s a really pleasent experience.”
“Hi Aaron, After all the topics, it’s easy to chain flows and it makes you want to do more. Perfect Thank you very much”
“I’ve done a few lessons… you’ve got a gift as a teacher.”
Several students who got in touch after taking the prototype version of the course
I am repeating the 7 day course for the 3rd time. It gets better with age. There is so much here and true beginners would get huge value by repeating a 7 day course a few times before moving on. Thanks again!

A student of the previous course. With his feedback call he helped me to improve this current course and include a lesson on beginner-friendly warmups
It was the energy and excitement that you show when teaching. I can really feel that you love what you are doing and it makes me want to be there with you, having fun and learning. The open tasks were great to get me to stop and analyze the possibilities you showed in the follow along. Thank you, Aaron!

Hi Aaron! I just wanna let you know that I really enjoyed your beginner soft acro course. I am in my 50s and my son is 10 and both of us can followed along so that’s saying something! Something about your teaching mannerism is so pleasant and inviting, it’s really encouraging for beginners! I love how you’re able to work with people with different body types and not put people in a “box”. Thank you for your work!! I look forward to learning more from you.

I’ve been teaching parkour and movement since 2011. In 2009 I started practicing parkour with a few teenagers in my local community in Frankfurt, Germany – some have become world-renonwed freerunners and stunt performers. I had the greatest joy discovering what my body could do in great company, but without any gymnastics or acrobatics background in my youth it seemed like I was missing some key pieces.
When I was 22 I already had back aches from poorly performed backflips for too many shows in a row (we were presenting cars at a car fair in Germany). It was then that I knew I didn’t want to continue on this path until my body would give out completely.
So I decided to fully commit to learn about how adults can safely master acrobatics in 2015. From 2017 onwards I helped run a movement studio in Hong Kong and taught soft acrobatics, general strength and mobiltiy classes with my wife. We ran workshops on learning handstands, somersaults and… I also developed and taught the soft acro flow framework in months long courses to my students in Hong Kong.
Working with people from all walks of life, from teenagers, to busy parents without prior movement background, to movement explorers in their 60s taught me loads about how different body types and personalities need different approaches.
And since I’ve moved into online coaching, my focus has shifted even more on clear and safe progressions – by working with the feedback of my students I’ve managed to create the Flow Beginnings course.
I’d be delighted to have you on board of the growing Soft Acrobatics ship. There are loads of people who are taking their movement journey to new heights and I can’t wait for you to be one of them!
