Self-Development means understanding yourself and how you can improve.
It can be difficult for people to feel uncontrolled, confused, frustrated, or comfortable when there is change. Sometimes we feel stuck or frozen. These feelings are part our developmental journey. Understanding common disorientations can help to realize our potential. We learn from life’s challenges and opportunities.
You’ll see it in our course The Three QuestionsTo develop perspectives, you need three parameters. They reveal 12 levels repeating patterns. When one or more parameters change, it’s called a transformation. The sometimes turbulent processes that take us from one level of the hierarchy to the next are just as important as the levels. Sometimes these transitions occur so gradually we hardly know they are happening, while other times they’re brought on by a sudden life event like a birth, marriage, divorce, or ill health.

Transformations are often personal, and deeply experiential. We can’t force a transformation, but we can learn to recognize the shifts in our experience when they happen. We can befriend, normalize and recognize the signs of positive change, even when they don’t feel positive. These times can be filled with patience, wisdom, and lightheartedness.

It illustrates how the change in the three parameters brings about those confusing times when you might feel you’re “not enough” or don’t belong, in self-Doubt, feeling lost, inept or wrong can make you feel unsure. These feelings can be helpful in helping you to relax and see that there is something more underneath.

The Developmental Gifts & Confusions We will continue to progress through each stage: the 4 Concrete Levels (1.0 – 1.5 & 2.0 respectively), The 4 Subtle Levels (3.5, 3.0, 2.5, 3.5, and 4.0 respectively) and the 4 MetaAware Levels (5.0 – 5.5 – 6.0 – 6.5).
We’ll define your perspective and what it means by using the parameters. Next, we’ll explore each developmental level to find out what confusion it causes. Each developmental level will also be examined to help us understand how we can clear up this confusion. You will learn the importance of your senses, and how they develop.
