I did the skills assessment was humbled: it was all math! It’s been a few decades since I had to do anything with quadratic equations. I started the first project with a lot of fear and compensated by spending way too much time and did way too much work for an ungraded exercise, but I got my feedback and it made me feel like a Rockstar. I think this program is going to give me great skills.

This is an overall very solid program if you want to get knowledge about basic predictive analytics tools. When I started, I did not even know what data analysis or predictive analytics mean, really. Now I have a good sense of variety of regression models, classification models, time series etc. which should definitely be a major contributor in my current goal of becoming a business analyst.

Great so far! One negative feedback is – I don’t like the fact that I have to go to Alteryx web page and watch/read their tutorials. They are not that great. I think in future you should create your own tutorials for Alteryx and not transfer your students to Alteryx’s tutorials. Another thing is, I’m employed (full time) and therefor struggling to find time for studying.

I am really loving this. Finally I am getting into the field and actually understanding the concepts. Only the chapter on AB-testing was bit of a letdown, I found it way too fast and the project way too difficult considering the pre-knowledge requirements.
